Group Fitness

I love the Sunday Hatha Yoga Class with Jenny, it is a great way to get my week going, and set the tone for the next few days. She is a knowledgeable and gifted teacher, and I always feel energized and grounded afterwards. Jenny brings a sense of clarity and calm to her classes, creating a space that is both comfortable and safe to learn at your own level. Being able to practice in a community is important to me, and this class provides that, along with all the benefits of working with a highly skilled teacher.
