Looking for a place to have a birthday party, shower, meeting, or a friendly get-together? The CCBA has indoor and outdoor spaces that are perfect for whatever you’re planning!
In the Witherell Recreation Center, your venue options include the Pat Walsh Gymnasium, our indoor swimming pool, our meeting room, and a lobby area with a 65-inch large screen TV. At the Carter Community Building, the basketball court, game room, meeting room, and community space with a stage are all available to rent. Would you rather be outside? On our campus you’ll find a multi-purpose field, sport courts, and a beautiful pavilion with electricity!

Birthday Parties for Kids
Gym Play Party
Anyone is welcome to invite their friends to play basketball, soccer, or use our toys. Party includes 1 hour of playtime on one side of the Pat Walsh Gymnasium. We also have a room you can reserve in which you can continue your celebration after your gym time is over.
The cost is $100/hour for the gym and $50/hour for the room. Email Blendon Salls, Sports Director for more information.
Pool Party
Anyone can invite their friends to splash and swim in our heated pool! Party includes 1 hour in the pool with a lifeguard on duty. We have water toys, life jackets, and noodles that can be used. You may schedule times during family swim or when we are closed, depending on availability. Non-swimmers must have an adult in the water with them. Up to 20 attendees can be accommodated. If you have more than 20 people who plan to be in the pool, please inform us before scheduling your party. To keep your celebration going, we have a room you can reserve for post-swimming festivities!

Please Note: We appreciate as much notice as possible with rentals, and open slots in the schedule tend to fill up quickly. Payments are required in order to secure your time. In case of illness, emergency, or inclement weather, we will do our best to reschedule as soon as possible. If it is not possible to reschedule, we can credit your CCBA account but we don’t do refunds. You can use your credit towards another party, a membership, or any CCBA program.
