GROUP FITNESS & INDOOR CYCLING

  • Reservations are required for TRX and Indoor Cycling.  It is strongly recommended that you make reservations for all classes.
  • Classes are for those 9th grade and older.
  • No cell phone usage during classes. Please go in the lobby or hallway if needed.
  • The CCBA reserves the right to change or cancel any classes. Classes and instructors are subject to change without notice.
  • Proper footwear and clothing is required.
  • Participants are required to clean equipment before and after use.

 

  • GROUP FITNESS
  • For safety reasons, we ask that you arrive on time and stay until the end of class for a proper warm up and cool down.
  • For TRX, members may sign up 48 hours in advance, either online or by speaking with a CCBA employee. No reservations are accepted by voicemail or email. 
  • If canceling, we ask that you give a minimum one-hour notice so we can accommodate those on our waiting list.

 

  • INDOOR CYCLING
    A free 30-minute orientation is required for anyone who has never taken an Indoor Cycling class at the Witherell Recreation Center. Please email joanna.graber@joinccba.org.
  • Members may sign up 48 hours in advance, either online or by speaking with a CCBA employee. No reservations are accepted by voicemail or email. 
  • If canceling, we ask that you give a minimum one-hour notice so we can accommodate those on our waiting list.
  • Participants arriving more than 10 minutes after the class has begun cannot participate.
  • Participants are asked to not leave early as a proper cool-down period is required for safe exercise.
  • Water bottle(s) are required. The use of heart rate monitors is strongly encouraged.

The CCBA will be closed Monday, July 4th, 2022!
