- Please make reservations for any group fitness classes that are in the Mind & Body studio and Indoor Cycling..
- For safety reasons, we ask that you arrive on time and stay until the end of class for a proper warm up and cool down.
- Classes are for those 9th grade and older.
- No cell phone usage during classes. Please go in the lobby or hallway if needed.
- The CCBA reserves the right to change or cancel any classes. Classes and instructors are subject to change without notice.
- Proper footwear and clothing is required.
- Participants are required to clean equipment before and after use.
- INDOOR CYCLING
- A free 30-minute orientation is required for anyone who has never taken an Indoor Cycling class. Please email joanna.graber@joinccba.org.
- Participants arriving more than 10 minutes after the class has begun cannot participate.
- Participants are asked to not leave early as a proper cool-down period is required for safe exercise.
- Water bottle(s) are required. The use of heart rate monitors is strongly encouraged.
