…at the front desk, I am greeted with a smile and name recognition which immediately lifts my spirits. The staff is made up of wonderful and professional individuals who are cheerful and welcoming.

Our life in Lebanon has been greatly enriched by our association with the CCBA!

The CCBA has always been a part of my community and my family. My three children grew up using the facilities and attending events. My college-age daughter is still a member!

Zoom classes allow me to take CCBA classes in the safety and comfort of my home. I am actually taking more, and more varied, exercise classes than I used to – and feeling fitter than ever!

During this mostly cloudy winter, my sunshine is a great workout followed by the wonderful smiles of the staff and members that I miss so much since my retirement.

I love the Sunday yoga Class with Jenny, it is a great way to get my week going, and set the tone for the next few days. She is a knowledgeable and gifted teacher, and I always feel energized and grounded afterwards. Jenny brings a sense of clarity and calm to her classes, creating a space that is both comfortable and safe to learn at your own level. Being able to practice in a community is important to me, and this class provides that, along with all the benefits of working with a highly skilled teacher.

Without a doubt the CCBA has helped me maintain health and sanity!

The CCBA has been an integral part of our family life for more than a decade, a center of learning, health and wellness for us all.

CCBA zoom classes are one of my favorite side effects resulting from social distancing…Knowing that I am checking in and communicating with an instructor makes me feel like I am part of a group while exercising in the privacy of my own home.

…the CCBA team ha[s] done a brilliant job redesigning the layout to meet the new protocols and ensure balanced safety and fitness. The unexpected brand new equipment was a great addition, and the relocation of the treadmills, bikes and stairmasters to the 3rd floor gym offers a roomy feel with plenty of space.

The whole crew at the CCBA has worked so hard to keep us safe during the pandemic…We take our temperatures, we wear our masks, and we keep six feet apart, but the fact that I get to have personal contact with other people is the most important!

The staff at the CCBA are knowledgeable, caring, and hardworking people. From the cleanliness of the fitness center to the first-class equipment, I appreciate all that you do. Thank You!

The staff are so friendly and helpful. They have gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable…always!

Even though I know how to swim, I took swimming lessons to learn proper stroke, form, and breathing techniques. Now swimming is part of my weekly routine and I love it!

We have tried A LOT of different sports / programs and this is easily the most organized, fun one we have found. Coach Blendon keeps the kids moving and focused in a positive, encouraging environment. They learn drills, skills and discipline. Our daughter asks me all week, ‘Is it Wednesday yet , so I can go to basketball???’. I love seeing the smile on her face when she plays with this team.

The instructors in each of the [water exercise] classes are terrific at helping us understand how to use certain muscle groups and how to increase our dexterity.

[At the CCBA] we have met new people, made lasting friendships and maintained community connections that have made our own world more joyful and fulfilled.

The talented and creative fitness instructors and personal trainers are…knowledgeable and provide me with a total fitness and fun experience.

I like the various types of classes that are offered throughout the day and evening. The instructors are informative and encourage folks to do whatever feels within their capabilities. Lastly, the instructors and members are “real and authentic “. There’s an implicit assumption that we are all accepted for who we are in our fitness journey.

What I always love about the CCBA is that if there is a job to be done, all departments get involved. During my workouts, I can see directors mopping, instructors cleaning, and desk staff sanitizing to keep members and staff safe.

The CBBA app makes scheduling my fitness time easy and helps me stay committed to my routine, and the staff is always super friendly and helpful. In the end, I couldn’t be happier to be back with my CCBA family!

… [The staff] is constantly cleaning to lessen the chance that someone might get sick. There is a lot of new equipment and it is strategically placed to lessen interactions with others. My wife has joined as well and we both enjoy our time here.

My two boys really enjoyed being able to bike so often and use the Rail Trail, which begins right at CCBA! They also enjoyed the pick-up games of tennis, and the ever-changing Foursquare matches. It was a treat for them to see their friends every day, and ALL day! And, a big bonus for us, as parents, was being able to enroll them in swim lessons during the camp day.
