W.O.W (Women Only Workout)

Join us in the weight training rooms to learn basic-to-advanced exercises that will tone and strengthen not only your muscles, but your bones as well. Eliminate the‘mystery’ of the free weight and circuit training rooms with other women.

Join other women for a workout program which combines circuit
training, free weights, resistance bands, medicine balls and suspension
training for an overall body workout second to none. Learn basic-toadvanced
exercises that tone & strengthen muscles and increase bone
density. Class is led by a Certified Personal Trainer.

O.N.E. – One Night of Exercise

Pre-Season Team Sports Conditioning

Get your team off to a “strong” start! Pre-Season conditioning is a must if you want to build team camaraderie, decrease the likelihood of injuries, and be able to spend more time on skills than conditioning once the season begins! With a progressive regimen of cardiovascular, strength, flexibility and plyometric training, we can help give you a competitive edge! Contact Larry Ruffing, Fitness Director, to discuss the ways we can help prepare your team for its season.

Racquetball Round Robin

Play singles, cut-throat, or doubles with anyone and everyone that shows up. Play winner(s) – keep court – or rotate every match. Ages 16 and up.

Adult Co-ed Volleyball League

Individuals interested in playing on a team should attend the open playtimes this September. This will be a time for players to meet team captains and learn more about the league. Individuals entering a team need to contact Kevin Talcott, Youth and Adult Sports Director by September 1. League play runs September – December.

Matches are played on Tuesday and Thursday evenings starting at 6:45 pm.

Two Free Demos

As part of the Preferred Membership, we will provide free equipment/exercise demos in whatever room of the Fitness Department you’d like. Even experienced lifters get “stale” now and then, which is where we can help! Coming in regularly and not seeing or feeling results may be wasting your time.
