Join us in the weight training rooms to learn basic-to-advanced exercises that will tone and strengthen not only your muscles, but your bones as well. Eliminate the‘mystery’ of the free weight and circuit training rooms with other women. Members $30, Non-members $50
Pre-Season Team Sports Conditioning
Get your team off to a “strong” start! Pre-season conditioning is a must if you want to build team camaraderie, decrease the likelihood of injuries, and be able to spend more time on skills than conditioning! With a progressive regimen of cardiovascular, strength, flexibility and plyometric training, we can help give you a competitive edge!
Racquetball Round Robin

Play singles, cut-throat, or doubles with anyone and everyone that shows up. Play winner(s) – keep court – or rotate every match. Ages 16 and up.
Adult Co-ed Volleyball League
Spring and fall co-ed indoor leagues with matches played on Tuesdays and Thursday nights. Contact us for pre-season sign-up meeting dates and times.
Two Free Demos
As part of the Preferred Membership, we will provide free equipment/exercise demos in whatever room of the Fitness Department you’d like. Even experienced lifters get “stale” now and then, which is where we can help! Coming in regularly and not seeing or feeling results may be wasting your time. Call the Fitness Department today to schedule your training or refresher demo!
