Governance and Accountability

The Carter Community Building Association is a non-profit corporation governed by a volunteer Board of Trustees. We report to our members at an annual meeting. As a non-profit organization, we also are accountable to the United States Internal Revenue Service, the New Hampshire Department of Justice, and the City of Lebanon Board of Assessors. A copy of our tax return (i.e., “IRS Form 990”) or annual audit is available upon request.
