Fitness At the CCBA
We have a comprehensive free weight room, cardiovascular center and circuit training room.  Included with our membership we provide demos on all of our equipment.  It is a great way to get started or for the experienced fitness person a great way to refresh your routine!  Call the Fitness Department to schedule your training sessions today. 

"Plyo Hoops"
TRAIN NOW TO IMPROVE FOR NEXT BASKETBALL SEASON! Join Tonya Young for basketball specific training. You'll work on strength, agility, plyometrics and basketball skills. Ages 12-18. Join by the week! See program guide for details
Boot Camp
Supplement your workout program with a high intensity, challenging boot camp class! This is a class where everyone tries their best and performs at their own level. Exercises can be modified on an individual basis. Instructor: Denise Bloom, Certified Personal Trainer. Classes held in the Pat Walsh Gymnasium or at the Canillas Field, depending on the time of year. Please see program guide for details.
Hardcore Outdoor Workout
Beginner trail racer or hardcore obstacle warrior? Sign up for CCBA's newest program "H.O.W." Develop strength, endurance, agility and the grit, guts and stamina to finish strong. This is a high intensity and challenging class that will combine body weight exercises with plyometrics, sprints with obstacles and fun with tires, ropes and boxes! Outside-rain or shine!

Off-Season Sport Conditioning
Get your team off to a strong start! Off-Season conditioning is a must if you want to build team camaraderie, decrease the likelihood of injuries, and be able to spend more time on skills than conditioning once the season begins! With a progressive regimen of cardiovascular, strength, flexibility and plyometric training, we can help give you a competitive edge! Personal Training
Our nationally Certified Personal Trainers are available to help you reach your personal fitness goals. One-on-one attention can motivate you to maximize your workout potential. TRX
Experience a workout like no other! Our TRX classes use a combination of body weight exercises to increase strength, stability, range of motion, flexibility, core strength, stamina and power. Not sure if you'll like it? Try your first class for FREE!! See program guide for details
W.O.W. (Women Only Workout)
Who: Women, 16 years and older
When: Tue & Thu 9:15-10:15 am

Join us in the weight training rooms to learn basic-to-advanced exercises that will tone and strengthen not only your muscles, but your bones as well. Eliminate the mystery of the free weight and circuit training rooms with other women. This program runs monthly. See program guide for details
W.O.W. II
This class is more intense than the morning W.O.W. class but uses the same concept of circuit training, free weights, resistance bands, medicine balls and suspension training for a great overall body work-out! Classes will be held indoors and outside!
Tuesday & Thursday 6:00-7:00 pm. Sign up monthly. See program guide for details
Youth Strength & Conditioning Program
Who: Youth Ages 12 - 15

This is a 6-week, twice-per-week exercise program. An initial assessment is given which includes strength, flexibility and cardiovascular testing. Then, with the help of a Fitness Instructor, you set individual fitness goals. The first 4 weeks of the program focus on circuit training exercises and CV work. In week 5, you are introduced to exercises in the Free Weight room. By the end of the 6th week, you have a complete personalized strength & conditioning program and are ready to exercise on your own.
